Festival 2008

The third International Video Festival will be organized in Phnom Penh's Country Club on December 6, 2008.

The Festival is supported by Apsara TV. Apsara TV has been organizing a selection of "NEW TALENTS", a weekly broadcast since the beginning of July 2008, on Saturdays from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. The best films selected in NEW TALENTS will be nominated for the Award Ceremony in Phnom Penh International Video Festival, on December 6, 2006.

Le troisième Festival International de Video de Phnom Penh aura lieu le 6 décembre 2008 au nouveau Country Club.

Le Festival est soutenu par APSARA TV. APSARA TV a lancé une émission hebdomadaire "New Talents", le samedi de 17h à 19h. La premiere sélection a eu lieu le 2 aout 2008. Les meilleurs films sélectionnés par "New Talents" seront présentés en compétition au Festival Vidéo de Phnom Penh le 6 décembre 2008.

Festival 2006 (English)

This is the major event of this year 2006. The stupendous international success of the first International Video Festival of Phnom Penh astonished even the most favourable observers. The international jury, composed of Australian, Canadian, Korean, Sri Lankan and Corsican Judges, faced the greatest difficulties to decide between the films in competition, given the extraordinary quality of the selection.

Festival 2006 (Français)

C’est l’événement de cette année 2006. Le prodigieux succès international du premier Festival de vidéo amateur de Phnom Penh a surpris les observateurs les plus optimistes. Le jury international, composé de juges australien, canadiens, coréen, sri lankais et corse a eu les plus grandes difficultés à départager les œuvres primées tant la qualité de l’ensemble de la sélection était extraordinaire.
